GSA Fleet oversees 650,000 government vehicles. The legacy systems behind it were expensive to maintain and hard on the fleet managers who used them every day.
Since 2020 we've led the move from legacy systems to a cloud-first architecture on AWS. We designed it with the U.S. Web Design System, split it into microservices that are easier to scale and maintain, and put it on a DevSecOps pipeline for continuous security and delivery. It's 508 compliant and responsive on every device.
Fleet managers get a faster, clearer tool. GSA gets lower maintenance costs and a platform that can keep changing without another big-bang rewrite.
